As the central coordination unit of the One Health Region Vorpommern, OSOH 2.0 supports the development of project ideas, facilitates access to funding opportunities, fosters collaboration among partners, and ensures that results are communicated effectively. At the same time, it establishes the organizational structures required to enable the initiative’s long-term growth and impact.
Enabling Projects and Strengthening Partnerships
OSOH 2.0 supports the development of new projects from concept to implementation. It helps identify funding opportunities, guides partners through the application process, and connects stakeholders from research, practice, public administration, and society to build strong and sustainable collaborations.
At the same time, OSOH 2.0 fosters exchange across the network, initiates new partnerships, and promotes the transfer of knowledge and experience between stakeholders from research, practice, public administration, and society.
Communication and Network Building
To maximize the visibility and impact of knowledge, experiences, and project outcomes, OSOH 2.0 leads the initiative’s internal and external communication efforts. Its activities include website management, media relations, social media outreach, event organization, and representing the One Health Region Vorpommern at conferences, trade fairs, and other professional forums.
This helps raise the visibility of activities, engage new partners, and create opportunities for participation and collaboration.
Turning Strategy into Action and Measuring Impact
OSOH 2.0 supports the implementation of the initiative’s strategy and helps ensure that knowledge, partnerships, and experience create lasting value. Through monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment, progress becomes measurable and successful approaches can be continuously improved and scaled.
In this way, OSOH 2.0 helps build a resilient foundation for future projects, partnerships, and innovation throughout the region.
